Shipping

Generally we can send up to 5KG of goods for a flat $12.49 to most parts of Australia (EXCLUDES MOST ANTENNAS).

Most antennas are shipped by courier and the weight is calcated by cubic measurement of the carton.

Melbourne Sydney and Adelaide shipping costs for an antenna will fall within the $12.49.

Other areas please complete checkout and we will contact you if there will be additional freight costs. We do subsidise freight in some cases. If you dont agree to the additional costs and you have already paid we will provide you with a refund and not go ahead with the order.

Returns

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation Number.

Faulty goods to be returned at buyers expense. Goods will be tested in our Warehouse and if found to be faulty will be replaced and returned to the purchaser free of charge. If "faulty goods" are found not to be faulty they will be returned to the buyer after payment of return freight.

We do not refund, credit or swap stock simply because you have made the wrong choice.

In fairness to our customers we do not operate as a lending service for you to try items until you can work out what is actually required.
